About Rick
I was born and raised in Portland , OR , and graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Finance and an emphasis in Real Estate. I have worked in the Real Estate and Finance industries for 20 years. I started my career in real estate property management, then worked with a real estate development firm, and eventually move into the mortgage industry.
I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, CMPS, and take a mortgage planning approach in helping my clients. I review their entire situation, taking into to account their short and long term goals, then present them with all available financing options to help determine the best course of action. I dedicate my mortgage career to making the financing process as simple and enjoyable as possible for my clients.
